All the staff were so professional, pleasant and extremely helpful. Good clean rooms with good quality linen and bathroom. Hotel placed right on the Main Square. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Imperial.

Couldn't have chosen better!

We stayed for three nights at the Imperial. The location is excellent, right on the Old Square and within walking distance of the Railway Station. The entrance was slightly difficult to find the first time - on a side street leading from the Square but the doorman welcomed us and took us and our cases up to Reception on the first floor. We could not fault anything - a lovely big room that looked just like the photos on the website, friendly but professional staff, excellent breakfast with a large choice. A stairway led down to the restaurant which fronted onto the Square- you could choose to sit inside or outside. We were not bothered by noise from outside - double windows with a big air gap stopped any intrusion. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Staff excellent! Everyone very helpful, super nice, very professional, courteous, simply beautiful people. They surprised us with a sweets and fruit platter for our anniversary and my husband's 60th birthday - so sweet and thoughtful, Thank you so much! Breakfast was great with delicious Polish pancakes and sausage, desserts, coffee/tea, and much more! And the bfast area was very elegant. Loved the bed and comforter! The bellboys, the housekeeper are so hardworking and sweet; they literally run for anything you need! And most of all the LOCATION is PERFECT!!! - right in Rynek Glowny, the Old Town Square!!! Nothing can beat this! I know we’ll be back with my family soon, and where else will we stay but here in this heavenly place.
