Our reception offers comprehensive assistance in arranging trips to the popular attractions in Cracow and its surroundings in advance or according to the requests made by guests who already checked in. We provide tickets for such attractions as Wieliczka Salt Mine, Auschwitz Concentration Camps, Cracow Tours, Chopin Concerts and many others available accordingly with the leaflets and folders located at the reception.

We are able to arrange a chargeable airport transfer from the Cracow Balice Airport to the hotel and back on the day of departure together with scheduling a proper hour of pick up. If such a service is needed please contact our reception for details and order confirmation of such service.
